Looking at the motivations behind giving and how giving relates to factors such as wellbeing, satisfaction, and commitment. By understanding the psychology of giving, we can communication in ways that best serve the supporter.

Donor-centric fundraising

Putting the supporter at the heart of the organisation. It helps you to understand the supporter, and how best to connect the supporter to the cause, not the organisation to the supporter. It builds a deeper relationship with the supporter through developing a two-way collaboration.

Experiential Marketing

Creating emotional connections and actively engaging with audiences. This approach has been more effective at delivering satisfaction, loyalty, and retention than some traditional approaches.

Your supporters’ holistic view of your organisation. Every touchpoint your audience comes in contact with impacts their perception, and their decision as to whether they continue their journey with you. Providing great experiences is key to building long-term relationships with supporters.
